"Mr. Rafael B, The project we did for you was in Knoxville, Tn. not San Antonio, TX. We are very sorry you feel dissatisfied. As you know the length of the project was caused by the unprecedented amount of rainy days we had this 2018/2019 fall and winter. We couldnt even get the footers dug for 1 entire month due to the rain. You also know that the only reason you are trying to get someone to finish the project; which consist of a 3'x3' concrete pad at the bottom of the stairs, replacement of 4 bricks chipped out to properly install new deck to existing structure and a few blocks above plates, is your attempt to over charge us for the $200.00 worth of work (which is far less than you owe us) because you couldnt afford the Beaded ceiling you had us remove from the original proposal. The structure we provided you is of excellent quality and has even brought us business from other clients viewing it. It is also 100% according to contract (which you had us revise and reduce 3 times to fit your budget). I am also very sorry you feel we harassed you for draws. Our contract plainly states when each draw is due. We do not ask for 40-50% up front: our draws are based on project milestones. We never asked for a draw before is was due and I distinctly remember having to wait for 2 wks. for one draw and you requiring us to do extra work outside of our draw schedule. Most of all I am sorry you feel you were lied to. I dont feel like we were lying to you when we said someone would be out to work on the project and then it would rain for 3-4 days in a row. But if you feel we are liars all I can do is once again apologize. Never the less, let me say once again we are sorry you are dissatisfied with the way the project went. I really wish you the best in the future."
"Mr. P wanted to repair his roof without a contract. I was unwilling to do so because he didn't want to pay for the roof until I finished the whole project. The roof needed to be replaced immediately; thus, I did all the foot work necessary to get the roof completed and the insurance money in his hand. The addition is taking a little longer than expected due to the terrible storms that damaged thousands of homes in the Knoxville area. I understand Mr. P wants his addition done but should I ignore the people who have roofs that are leaking. Mr. P wanted and got his roof done immediately. I only get paid according to contra"
