"We hired Mt. View Exteriors to replace an existing asphalt roof which suffered hail damage at our home in West Knoxville, TN. They were done with the job in a little over a day and one half and did a beautiful job on the removal and installation. Subsequent to the new roof being installed we had a roof vent boot failure which caused a leak into the ceiling of our guest bathroom on the second floor, and upon being notified of this Debbie immediately had one of their men out to inspect all of the roof vents and boots as well as replacing the failed unit. We had strong wind and rain two days later and the leak was completely fixed with no issues whatsoever. We highly recommend this company."

Within 1 day of finding the problem, SHS was able to acquire the shakes we selected and had a crew onsite to do the install to take advantage of the nice weather. Now- the roof is done and it's beautiful, the dormers look like new with shake siding, and our family feels safe and secure from the weather - and proud to look at the house when we drive up.
