"Mr,. Powell’s Company built a 6 foot extension to our screened-in porch. He replaced the existing plastic corrugated roofing to cover the existing structure and his addition. It has leaked ever since. That was about 4 years ago. He did try to repair the leaks, many times to no avail. He finally sent a roofing contractor to look at it, he also tried to repair the leaks but could not. Daniel, the roofing contractor told me the roofing was installed incorrectly. When I told Mr. Powell that Daniel said this, he implied I was not being truthful, I was. He has refused to replace it. So we have to pay for a new roof after giving him numerous opportunities to fix it. I think I have been more than patient. Living with a leaking roof for 4 years. I would not and have not recommended him"

"Great! I purchased this home in June of 2018, from MN, and had a different contractor hired to do all of the above, as of the day I closed, July 9. I was planning on moving in mid August. July 3 I found out the contractor I thought I had hired would not be able to do the job. I called Chris the morning of July 4. He met with my realtor at the house and took the job. Of course he was not able to start right away, but he had all the work completed by and I was able to move by mid September. I literally do not know what I would have done without him - I had called three other local contractors, and even tried Buildzoom and no one returned my calls. He was professional, communicative and the work that he did on my home is beautiful. I only made two trips down to the house while the work was being done and we managed to coordinate the rest via phone, efficiently. What a godsend. I am hiring Chris again in January to do a few more things I have noticed since moving in, and will continue to use him in the future. I cannot recommend him highly enough."
