First, they showed up quickly to get us back in business. They were very thorough and explained everything in detail.

They never showed up. The first day I paid them $150 just for him to come and talk to me about what was going on and to give me a quote. I was ok with that because he came from a distance just to do so and gave me a great quote compared to other companies. He was also very informative and answered all my questions. We scheduled them for a Friday (yesterday) and my husband took off work so he could be here (lost money on his paycheck for that). They rescheduled for the next day (today) due to a car wreck on the highway that caused them not to be able to make it. My husband again passed up making money so he could be here for them. Friday evening they emailed me to verify the appointment time for the next day and the price we originally discussed. I responded and confirmed. The next day (today) they never showed. They never even contacted me to let me know they couldn't make it. I still have not heard from them. I emailed them and they never responded. I called and they never answered. As far as I'm concerned, I think he just wanted the $150 for doing no work and decided to take up a better offer that would make them more money instead of fixing our pipes.

He knows what he is doing! And He explained what he was doing while he was doing it. It is sooo refreshing to find someone to do work for you that doesn't make you feel like you have taken advantage of when they leave. I have found the plumber that I will call for anything I need. Coming back next week to pump the system. Great job!!!

I would highly recommend A Drain Doctor Plumbing LLC. Heath is very knowledgeable about the plumbing trade, and he was very courteous and professional about explaining what needed to be done to prevent problems in the future. I will definitely call Heath for any other plumbing needs in the future.

Turned out that the septic line needed repair, but that was not the cause of the backup. Since the "drain doctor" is also a skilled plumber, he located the immediate cause: faulty work by a previous plumber. He repaired that, then returned the following week for needed repairs to the tank/field line. Excellent work! Another septic pro told me his work was excellent and the price very fair. My only issue was that the person who answers the phone did not reliably give messages or return calls when she said she would.

Provider was truly exceptional in every way. Responding to an emergency, the owner located and then hand dug down to my tank--a deep digging job that most would have required mechanical excavation. He discovered that the actual cause of my backup was a faulty repair made at the house by another plumber, and he fixed that. It was clear that more work was required on the line that led to the fields, and I hired the owner to return to complete that work. His price was very fair. I learned a lot and appreciated the knowledge and skill of A Drain Doctor. My only quibble is that his office was not great at communication, but the owner himself and his wife were. Best results were by email and his cell phone.

Called him Monday AM with report of my backing up septic tank, he was at my house with his pumper at noon. Throughout the whole job he arrived when he said, or if delayed (rain) called and let me know when he was planning to be there..Keith and his crew were totally professional, courteous, friendly, very knowledgeable, and tested the septic system thoroughly before starting the job. He was able to successfully  maneuver his trencher in a very limited area with minimal environmental disruption and damage. This crew were the best working crew I've had at my house. I recommend them with no reservations and will certainly use them again.  He was a pleasure to work with and his charges were reasonable.

Heath repaired the flapper valve and replaced the tank bolts on one toilet and the toilet wax seal and tank bolts on another one.  He also told me why a 3rd toilet was flushing slowly and how to do a temp fix until I could replace it.  He was friendly and took care of e problems quickly and at a very reasonable cost.

Emergency call.  He came out on Saturday afternoon because we were without water due to burst/broken water valve.  Punctual, courteous, knowledgeable, clean.  Work was done professionally.   Will use them again.

Very professional and educational on the job. A little late getting here do to an emergency stop, but I was contacted and kept informed of the arrival. I will absolutely use them again.

FANTASTIC!!!! I called on a Sunday morning. The phone number listed on the Angie's List contact info didn't connect me to a live person, but the phone number on the company web site reached a live person immediately. The extra fee to service the septic tank on a weekend was very fair, so no issue. I was calling from out-of-state as the property with the issue is a rental property, so appreciated the quick response time. Heath called when he was en route, arrived at the property shortly after we spoke and got straight to work. Once he determined the issue and was ready to proceed, Heath called me to explain what was happening, new laws that have taken effect since we purchased the property and what he recommended doing today. I authorized the work and asked him some more questions about correcting the situation for good and he was extremely knowledgeable and patient in explaining it to me. Heath knows his business and is a true professional. He offered to send me photos of what he was encountering today on the property, so I accepted and appreciate him being so thorough.  I STRONGLY recommend using Heath and A Drain Doctor to anyone in the area ----- honest and hard working.

First time with this company. Appointment made promptly and good communication surrounding some weather/flooding concerns which slightly altered the arrival time. Very professional, courteous, and congenial. The honest manner of the service person was overwhelmingly evident. No complaints or concerns whatsoever. Would definitely use this company again.

This is a great person to do business with and is responsible and knows his stuff. He has been in the business for years and will complete any job the way he would do his own house. A super honest person that you could trust your kids with and not worry.
