Very well. We discovered a fallen tree blocking our driveway early one morning after some strong storms. Rod and his crew were at our house within 2 hours and had the driveway cleared before noon. They returned a couple days later to complete the removal and clean-up. We were very satisfied with the quality of their work and their professionalism. Would definitely recommend.

The owner Rod Huskey and his associate Ron Kimbell responded very quickly to my Angie’s list request. They came out as promised to quote the job. They were very flexible to working my schedule into theirs. On the scheduled day of the job, both Rod and Ron were present to give instructions to their crew. The crew was very polite and attentive to their work. Little things like putting down tarps so oil from the equipment would not get on my driveway, placing pads under the truck’s leveling gear, and cleaning up all the debris were signs of a crew that pays attention to detail. Their tree cutting skills were amazing. All 4 trees were fell as discussed and there was no damage to the property. On the second day of the job they did a final inspection of the work area and insured I was satisfied with the work. Well done.

My husband and I were visiting my mother. She was going on vacation for a short period of time. A very large tree fell on top of her house while she was away. I was referred to Mr. Huskey at On Call Tree Service. After I explained the situation, he promised that he would have his crew out to my mother's house the following morning. His crew came promptly and removed the tree, cleaned up the yard from all the debris and even replaced the fence that they had to take down to get their equipment in to perform the job. All of the crew, as well as Mr. Huskey, were incredibly considerate, friendly and respectful! Rod called me the evening after they finished with the tree removal to ensure everything went well. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the Chattanooga, TN area. It is a rarity for a company to be as stellar with customer service and to do as wonderful a job as they did. They came when they said they would and they were very quick with their work. They secured tarps over places in the roof where the tree had penetrated so no further damage would occur to the house. This is an absolutely incredibly company!

Excellent in every way. Rod and his team arrived on time before 10am and finished by 4:30pm on a Saturday. They cleaned up everything and left the yard and driveway spotless. They also trimmed up a tree in the middle of our property line to get the limbs off the power lines. If you need tree work, call On Call!

Our contactor recommended Rod Huskey to do the tree work. Rod came out the next day, made a more than fair estimate, and had everything cleared out the next day. Rod, Chris, Jason, Cody, and Mike had everything done in less than four hours. They even took down another dead pine that Rod was concerned may fall during the next storm. Could not ask for more - highly recommended AAA+++

"On Call" did a great job. They were on time, quick, and very neat. They cleaned up all the limbs, leaves, and saw dust from the yard and driveway and hauled it off. I will use them again and recommend them to all my neighbors.

Rod and his crew did a great job for a great price. I had a large oak tree leaning over my neighbor's yard. They took their time cutting down the tree without damaging the fence or the neighbor's yard. 
After the job was complete, the owner (Rod) called to make sure I was happy with the service. I am!!!

Rod and his team were excellent. He was always in contact with us and had our best intersest at heart. they made everything as easy for us as possible and even spoke with our neighbors to assure them what they would be doing. I can't thank them enough for the incredible servnice and AMAZING clean up job they did. I highly reccomend that for ANY of your tree needs.

On Call Tree Service came to our house and took down a dying tree. The tree was in a tricky place on the edge of our property, between our house and a neighboring house, and close to our fence. They did a fabulous job. There were four men working on the project, taking their time, carefully planning the moves, and removed the tree. You wouldn't know there had been a tree there now. 
The team was supportive and professional and went above and beyond to answer all concerns before beginning the work. Rod Huskey, the owner, gave a fair bid and personally made sure we were pleased with the job. I would recommend them to anyone needing tree work done. I asked him for extra cards to share with my friends. On Call Tree Service is wonderful!

Ron was very professional. Due to the rain we had to wait to allow the yard to dry. Ron had great patience with the rain and also the tenant at the property. Ron and his crew did a great job.

I had a large oak <20 feet from the back of the house with the upper half growing toward and most of the limbs hanging over the house.  The tree was located in an area where it was impossible to get a bucket truck close enough so the crew had to climb and rope every limb down due to the proximity to the house, heating/air unit and landscaping.  They arrived sometime after I left for work at 8, had it down and was cleaning up when I got home at 5. Did a good job of cleaning up and putting landscaping lights back where they were.  Rod and his crew was very easy going and professional.  No complaints.

It was a wonderful experience. Mr. Husky was very professional and the job was done just as quoted. We would not have known he had just ground down a huge stump because he and his crew cleaned up so thoroughly! Would definitely call again. Thank you.

They were extremely professional. The owner, Rod Huskey, came out prior to doing the job to evaluate the trees to see if there were any which needed to be taken down. I live in a heavily wooded area. He was honest and pointed out a couple of large dead limbs which could fall on the house and cause damage. He recommended those come down. I appreciated his honesty because I have a lot of trees. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them to others.
