"The "completed" project met our expectations but a couple of loose ends were not tied up (no biggie). Mark and Quincy worked hard and very professionally. Communication with the office was abominable. Time after time we were told to expect this or that follow up. Nope. Inspections were not scheduled in a timely manner. Trying to submit payments through Buildertrend was a nightmare. We were initially very impressed with Andrew and Will, but never heard from them again except to try to track down the project manager. This could be a great company but we suspect they have bitten off more than they can chew. We would not recommend Tri Cities Remodeling."

"The team with Gator Cut & Construct did a great job replacing the liner in our above ground pool. After working through some weather delays, they knocked it out. They are experienced and knowledgeable about the process. They took care of some unforseen issues below the pool before installing the new liner. It was a little more involved than originally thought but they addressed everything at a fair price. I would recommend them and will call them again for any pool maintenance needs. "Stephen and his team were professional and pleasant to work with. He was quick to respond to all questions and made relevant suggestions to help me make decisions to acheive the outcome I wanted. After removing the old tub it was determined additional repairs to the subflooring were needed. The repairs were done and the area throughly inspected both inside and outside the house to assure I would not have to worry about the same issues in the future. Before continuing with the remodel Stephen made sure I was satisfied with all the repairs that had been done, I was. All the work was beautifully done, and was completed as planned and on time. The price quoted was very reasonable and was as stated. My new shower is beautiful and certainly an investment in my home's value. "I did not use them for this project. I had a couple of issues going on related to this job and I did not like the solutions their estimator suggested. I think their price was good but the other company I used offered a better solution. They did a good job of presenting the bid; their estimator got back to me and sent emailed pictures of what they suggested. I had requested referrals and he did all that. He responded to me well and was punctual."
