I live in a new development and they informed that my yard may be included under my home warranty. They then called the person in charge of my development's warranties, and explained to me the steps to take to file a claim and hopefully get the work done through the builder. Who does that??? "These 2 men (dynamic duo) did an amazing job. This job was to replace our current concrete garage floor. We knew the floor had to be replaced when we bought the house a year ago. It was sunken in the middle so much that none of the edges against the walls were flat. We had to use shims under cabinets to keep them upright. These 2 gentlemen were professional, communicated well, hard working, laid protection down on our driveway and garage walls to keep those clean during the process and cleaned up when they were done. Their price was fair and would highly recommend them to anyone needing concrete work."
