"The "completed" project met our expectations but a couple of loose ends were not tied up (no biggie). Mark and Quincy worked hard and very professionally. Communication with the office was abominable. Time after time we were told to expect this or that follow up. Nope. Inspections were not scheduled in a timely manner. Trying to submit payments through Buildertrend was a nightmare. We were initially very impressed with Andrew and Will, but never heard from them again except to try to track down the project manager. This could be a great company but we suspect they have bitten off more than they can chew. We would not recommend Tri Cities Remodeling."

Such jobs require removal of old before installing new. We all should expect our home to be messy during such renovations but Brett spent extra time to vacuum and clean every speck of dust or dirt that may have been tracked in during working hours.
