We are new to the area and Shannon Fox, (Custom Homes by Fox) was recommended to us by a friend. Just one meeting, I knew he would be the one to build our home. Very knowledgeable and knew exactly how to achieve the outcome I was hoping for. My home is being completed in exactly the timeline he told us it would be. I'm thrilled with the effort to give me exactly what I ask for. Shannon doesn't just go ahead with making design decisions changes without clearing with us, yet has a great eye for detail. I am going to love my new home.....move in date within a month of completion. Honest and reliable! I would highly recommend!

Words cannot describe how wonderful Shannon and his employees were. He was extremely patient with any changes we had and made sure it was done right the first time. We had him remodel the basement and I am more than pleased with his work. We look forward to using him with other projects in the future!!

Shannin was easy to work with and did a good job. He replaced the shower floor, cleaned grout on bathroom floor and some minor repairs, installed new lights, towel bars, faucets (4).

The contractors were great. They were very professional and accommadating to our families needs. They did great work even when I made changes. We told Shannon what we wanted to do and he would make suggestion to help us. The workers were great and respectful. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
