He performed a thorough inspection on what was causing the water to sit in the crawlspace and went over what would be required to keep the moisture and water from affecting the structural integrity of the house. While we did not end up purchasing the home, we greatly appreciated his willingness to come down and do an inspection and give us an estimate. were having in our basement.  We found the inspector, Barry, to be very

knowledgeable and very thorough in his inspection.  He explained everything

to us and answered all of our question, which we had many.  At the end of

the inspection we all sat down and went over our goals and expectations.  We settled on the

Ameri-Dry drain system and found the price to be fair.  The full warranty

was the clincher for us.  They installed the system in less than a week and
