"Let me start off by saying, I am probably one of the most difficult clients to work with for home renovation... I am in the trades and an avid DIY type of guy. Thomas Waterproofing was booked 6 months out and I needed this project pushed forward quicker, Fred made it happen! His team was out the following weekend to get our job done. I probably drove them crazy with questions and picky requests, but they did everything I asked and more. During the project I found out I had to replace the cast iron sewer line in my slab. Another expensive repair... Not only did Thomas Waterproofing do the job we agreed to, they also Jackhammered out the slab for the plumbing to be re-done and supplied all the stone to be back filled. He did this as a favor to help me save on costs. David and Devon the 2 team leaders are great guys and very hard workers, I would have them do work on my home any time. "Overly expensive charges for replacing our water heater and water pressure regulator. Two weeks after installation my basement was flooded again and the water heater installed was the cause. When called out to fix the problem the tech flooded my basement again on the repair. The installer and assistant were nice people and he was the plumber who came to repair it. The owner is a good guy whom I had used once prior on a small job and I really liked him. I was not pleased with his demeanor this time on the first installation or the text showing him pictures of the rupture. I would not have written this if I didn?t know the cost to him of the replacement water heater compared to what we paid. It was WAY over on the labor which much of was waiting for parts not on their truck. That?s not the customer?s fault."
