"We are extremely pleased with West Shore Home, from start to finish! They replaced 20+ windows in an old house where no two windows had the same measurements, and replaced an entrance door with storm door. They did an outstanding job! The work crew (Aaron T., Josh B., Cory A., et al.) showed up early enough each day to be ready to START work promptly at 8-am. They were always very professional and courteous. They wiped their feet on my welcome mat and always tidied things up inside and around the house at the end of each day! I appreciate seeing little things like that. Also, I only saw the work crew use their cell phones while on their break which was a welcome sight (unlike the non-WSH folks who installed my motherâ s new windows where each guy worked one-handed much of the time because they were all on their cell phones). The WSH crew worked very well together and continued to be diligent in the face of some unforeseen â old houseâ snags that had appeared along the way. The crew adapted well to these challenges and WSH (thank you, Matthew M.!) worked to resolve all concerns to our satisfaction. We love our new windows and wish we had WSH do this project for us a lot sooner. They may be a little more expensive than other window-installers, but it is worth it IMO to pay more to get a high-quality job done right the first time, with a properly trained and experienced work crew and project manager (shoutout to Tina!) who are always respectful and conscientious while in our home."
