"We had Daniel, Johnny and Tim work to install steel beam and jacks to lift sagging floors. They did an excellent job and we immediately noticed how the bounce and sag in our floor was gone. "We highly recommend AFS for waterproofing a crawlspace. AFS encapsulated our crawlspace on our new construction home and installed a sump pump and dehumidifier in the crawlspace. The install crew (Tim - Foreman, Trent, CJ and John) was very prompt, courteous and professional. They explained everything about their work, and thoroughly cleaned up the worksite. Tim returned a few days later to finish up after our electrical outlets were installed and to make sure everything was working properly. Our salesman Reid was also excellent to work with. We hired Master Services on 2/16/21 (work done on 2/22/21) to install a WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system in our home in Greeneville, TN. Nick is a terrific salesman. He is professional and does not push any unnecessary work. Brandon, Brandon and Jacob (I believe Jacob was our installers name - sorry if not), did such a tremendous job.
