I got a phone call within minutes of requesting help with my plumbing issue. They came the next morning and arrived 15 minutes early.
In the past I've waited over a week with a different service and still never got a call back to even schedule my service. This was amazing.
The installation was completed in just 1 trip.
It was completed much more quickly than expected.
Would highly recommend and will use again if the need arises.

William replaced a part on my water softener in a few minutes. He changed my water filter and then he trouble-shooted an electrical issue I was having. He told me what kind of switch to buy and how to install a it. He was friendly, courteous and professional. He came out the morning after I called him and arrived on time. I would highly recommend him! It was a pleasure doing business with him!

He was very eager and actually started to work fixing the leak in my shower. The problem however is that he did not completely fix it and I had to call him back a few minutes later because it was still leaking. The second round he stopped the leak completely and did not charge me any extra.

We had such a great experience from start to finish! He was so quick to respond and came out the same day. He was very honest and helpful throughout the entire process. He finished the large project in half a day. I am so glad that Roto-Rooter fell through and he came to our rescue! Would hire again 100%.

William was VERY QUICK to notify me after I contacted Angi's List. They came two days after I spoke to William on the phone, as stated up front and on time. William and his assistant were friendly, professional, courteous and quick. He took the time to explain the work completed and what to do in future use. I will definitely use them again, and encourage everyone to use them.

Bathman charged $425 for 53 minutes of work. Leak was outside about 5 feet inboard of the meter. I showed him where to dig. Seems like some folks will take advantage of disabled old folks.

"The rates for labor are the same for everyone, the amount of labor, men on the job, and materials determine the cost. Sir, we found a water leak buried 4 ft deep, replaced the rotten copper, then remember that then the second leak was 7 ft farther down, we dug it up and repaired it as well."

He came out an hour late, which I understand it was probably a busy day for them, and fixed 2 of the 3 pipe leaks. We went back down to put insulation on the pipes and noticed that he missed the third pipe that was leaking. We called them back and they came back out and left again without fixing the pipe. We then called again telling them about the pipe and they said they would come out the following morning. They never came out and when asked they said they couldn't. They did a great job fixing most of our leaks, but I do not think I would call them again.

"I apologize for any confusion.We only restored water to as many customers as possible, and we are now scheduling less important repairs after this huge problem in our town with so many people without water. I'm sure you can understand that since you have water, your drain leak is not an emergency compared to the man with a wound care patient who requires cleaning with running water. Please schedule your repair on Monday, January 2.thank you"
