Plumb Perfect

Xavier rescued us from a long distance problem on a house we were about to put on the market. Was dependable, flexible, could work right away and was fast.

We were extremely pleased with our experience with Plumb Perfect. Xavier responded immediately to our work request with Home Advisor-within 5 minutes of our submitting the request! We set up a time for the next day and his communication with us was also excellent. We found him vey personable and explained repair options to us very clearly to help us decide how to proceed-he even offered to pick up the parts for us. He returned with the pieces right on time and completed the work quickly. We were impressed at how conscientious he was, even wearing booties over his shoes so he wouldn?t track in snow from our front walk. The work was done completely to our satisfaction and at a very reasonable price We highly recommend Xavier and Plumb Perfect!

The job was done quickly, cleanly and efficiently. I found out the main water line was broken on my side of the water meter. Mr. Caudill called came right out, gave me a reasonable estimate and did the work all in under 21/2 hours from the time I called until he was done. I do not know how you could ask for anything more. Yes, I would happily hire him again. Excellent work!!

We had a small leak on the cold water supply line of a water heater. The small leak quickly turned into steady drip. Xavier is the only one of three Angi contractors to respond to my request, and he responded within an hour of me submitting my request. He gave me a ball-park estimate over the phone just as a rough estimate. We scheduled a time the next day for him to come to the house and give a quote, which was very reasonable and one we accepted on the spot. Xavier was very friendly, courteous, and professional. As a son of a plumber I know how things work and what to expect. I was impressed with his skills and attention to detail. It was mid-afternoon when he got started, but he stayed until the job was completely finished and we had hot water again. AND he cleaned up everything before he left. I probably would have hired him even if the other Angi's plumbers had contacted me--which they still haven't.

Xavier was able to begin work on my plumbing problem within a couple hours. He gave me a great quote on the job to be done. Very easy on the wallet. He was very professional and responsive to any questions I had dealing with the repairs. After he was done he explained to me everything he had done. He even took photos and made a short video of his work. I would highly recommend him to anyone needed a plumbing job done. As a matter of fact, I already have. I will definitely use him for any future work I may have. A JOB WELL DONE!

Xavier came in and quoted me a price that was really easy on the wallet to begin with. He was really responsive to any questions I had concerning the job, even taking photos of the repairs he had made and explaining them fully to me. He did and excellent job and was quick in doing so. I would highly recommend him to anyone who has plumbing work that needs to be done. I was really impressed with his work.
