"I apologize for your experience with us. we did however check the main and found that it was clear. we ran the laundry line and even gave a discount. we asked your husband if there were any other drains causing you guys problems as it's cheaper to have more than one ran while we are there.. I even covered the same on the job discount to come back the day after to run the additional line and you declined. We don't and can not work for free."
