The work was challenging: narrow, steep, curving driveway with a gate; fence on side and back of the work area; junk, including an old concrete pad, under the old shed; sloped site. The owner discussed the job and provided cost estimate(s), negotiated schedule, worked with me to resolve unforeseen issues, focused on the job so it was completed in a timely manner, and was pleasant to deal with. We hired Ed to come and run a line from our house to the City line - this consisted of having to go through our driveway and down the yard, and connect through our wall to the house. He was able to make it out quickly to give me a quote. His prices were the best of all the people who came and quoted the job I needed done. He was back to do the job within a reasonable amount of time and his arrival was prompt the morning he said he would be there to work. He updated me throughout the day via phone call, even though we were just inside the home. Him and his partner worked quickly. The job was done in one day and our yard and driveway was left in good condition considering the type of work that was done. He got all approvals and inspections completed by the city without me having to lift a finger. Him and his partner were so kind. 10/10 would recommend Ed’s Plumbing!"
