He sealed cracks in the living room, dining room and kitchen. He expertly repaired problems with the cathedral ceiling where some holes had developed from previous owner hanging a model airplane there. He repaired an area above my chimney where a small amount of water damage had previously caused some drywall peeling. The walls are now prepped for my painting project and are like new again! The owner completed all the repairs himself in an efficient and expert manner. A true craftsman with excellent skills and professionalism. "Our original project was to finish up drywall work, painting and trim for two bathroom remodels. We decided to get quotes for inside doors along with it. Seeing that LM Coatings also does exterior painting and pressure washing, we decided to also get an outdoor quote for numerous pressure washing and painting of exterior doors and foundation. We were thinking of just doing the interior first and the exterior down the road, but decided to do all of it due to the fair price. Luis is very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to assess all of our projects quickly and give a thorough detailed quote. He and his crew are very polite and hardworking; even working all weekend in some cases. Although this project is named interior home paint, it obviously included drywall work, pressure washing many different things (including a metal roof) and exterior painting as well.
