As soon as he got some money he bailed leaving us with a nightmare of unfinished work. What little he had done was very poorly installed. He was true to his word at every turn, communicated really well and while he peeled back the layers of the work that had been previously done, kept us really well informed. "When I called granite transformations they were very personable and professional over the phone. They were able to schedule an appointment for someone to come out and take a look at our kitchen that same week. The gentleman that came out was extremely prompt, professional and really knew his stuff. He was not a pushy salesman, which I very much appreciated. He looked at our kitchen and pulled out samples for us to look at. We found a combination that we really liked and made the purchase. We payed exactly half that evening and the other half was to be paid upon completion of the work. The following day they called and scheduled the installation dates. The installation was to happen on two separate days one day to do the counter tops and the next day to do the backs plash. A gentleman came over between the purchase and the install date to take all of our measurements so that they could create the templates for the counters.After that was done about a week later the install started. The men came in and were on time and very professional. They installed the counter tops and now our granite counter tops look great! A day or so later they came to install the new sink and the back splash. Again these guys were on time and professional and our new back splash looks awesome. They even installed a new garbage disposal that  I purchased at no extra charge. All in all this was a very good experience.
