As soon as he got some money he bailed leaving us with a nightmare of unfinished work. What little he had done was very poorly installed. "When I called granite transformations they were very personable and professional over the phone. They were able to schedule an appointment for someone to come out and take a look at our kitchen that same week. The gentleman that came out was extremely prompt, professional and really knew his stuff. He was not a pushy salesman, which I very much appreciated. He looked at our kitchen and pulled out samples for us to look at. We found a combination that we really liked and made the purchase. We payed exactly half that evening and the other half was to be paid upon completion of the work. The following day they called and scheduled the installation dates. The installation was to happen on two separate days one day to do the counter tops and the next day to do the backs plash. A gentleman came over between the purchase and the install date to take all of our measurements so that they could create the templates for the counters.After that was done about a week later the install started. The men came in and were on time and very professional. They installed the counter tops and now our granite counter tops look great! A day or so later they came to install the new sink and the back splash. Again these guys were on time and professional and our new back splash looks awesome. They even installed a new garbage disposal that  I purchased at no extra charge. All in all this was a very good experience.

"These guys did a great job for our master-bath remodeling project, involving removal and replacement of an old bathroom vanity top and sink, as well some complicated tile work. They replaced the old vanity with a beautiful granite top and sink combination. The tile work involved redesigning and repairing the tile and the flooring beneath a walk-in shower. They repaired the work done poorly 3 times by 2 former companies. This time, finally, we found someone who could do it correctly. These guys can do anything, and they're reliable, trustworthy, and talented. I intend to hire them again for further repair work on my house."
