"I called Mr. Worley on Friday, June 16, 2014 and asked him if he could give me a guesstimate on installing 3 overhead lights in the apartment I share with my 96 year old mother and my 40 year old daughter.  He gave me a quote which was a little higher than I was prepared to pay at that time.
