"I cannot speak highly enough of David and his team. When I got a moderately high radon reading on the home I was selling, I had to take care of it quickly so that my closing could go through. David worked me into his schedule and came to my home the day I called. He was delightful, did a thorough inspection, and gave me an estimate. I subsequently got an estimate from another vender, and it was $1,000 more! Not only that, but David had figured out a way to perform the remediation without installing unsightly pipes either on the inside or outside of the house. This involved him working in a very shallow attic space to run the pipes up through the heating ducts, but he was happy to go the extra mile. On the day of the work, David and his wonderful assistant Ryan arrived on time, and spent the better part of a day installing the system. They were convivial and professional without being the least bit instrusive  - I enjoyed the experience! After the installation, David explained it to me in detail, and left a radon kit so that my buyers could check the new levels. Not suprisingly, my buyers are more than happy with the results. "Shawn Naessig, the owner of the company, is very professional and timely with his communication.  He sent his drywall expert, a subcontractor named Rocky, to do the job.  
We had several holes needing repair as well as a foyer stairway curved wall that needed drywall installed.  Rocky is extremely professional, polite and always called to schedule a time that was convenient for me.  His work is exceptional and he even went the extra mile checking around the house for other areas that needed fixing.  Given that this is a new construction, we still haven't painted.  The curved wall in the stairway was not easy to do and Rocky kept coming back to get it just right.  He was also meticulous at cleaning up after himself.  
 I was not billed until the job was completed and everyone was happy. Shawn even gave me a discount because I had some drywall lying around that Rocky could use.
Overall I am very happy with the work and would not hesitate to call them back should we require their services.  Highly recommended!
