I had a tankless water heater installed but needed the gas line to be dug from the other side of the house for it to be connected. The job was complicated but Luke and his crew from Mr. Rooter did a great job! I would totally hire them again for any plumbing needs.

The $7,000 project ended up costing us $123,000 because they dry-cut through the slab in our family room releasing asbestos dust throughout the entire house causing us to have to live in a Hampton Inn for 43 days. They cut the slab without supporting it and it collapsed enough to cause our brick fireplace face to have several cracks in it. With all the repairs we had to have done, the asbestos abatement project and replacing all our clothing, betting and some furniture, and with the amount our insurance company shorted us, we lost $43,000 of our retirement savings. Avoid this contractor like the plague!

Mr. Rooter called me right away - literally moments after I posted my project on Angi. The technician came out about an hour and a half later and had fixed two toilets - one had gotten clogged and the other wasn't flushing right - in about 15-20 minutes. The tech also made a small repair at no extra charge to make sure one of my supply lines to the back of the toilet didn't leak. I didn't do exact price comparisons with other companies but the morning of house call + the auger for the clogged toilet + the small build repair to the second toilet came out to about $450. There may be folks who could have done it cheaper but we have company coming over this weekend and I wasn't about to not have either of my toilets in good working order. A thorough and professional job done at lightning speed was worth the rate.
