"Chris came over to fix what I thought was a lose connection in my track lighting but was actually a small electrical fire which had been burning inside the metal box of my ballast for 4 days! He also completely replaced my circuit breaker (which should have turned the power off to the over-heated ballast) all in one day working through lunch and without breaks to be sure my kids and I could sleep at home that night without any risk. He even found where the main circuit in my overloaded circuit breaker was burning through and also ready to cause a fire.
