They provided a timeline and came in early. (IE, they said they’d take 3 days and they finished in two. They exceeded the expectation.) 4. Their work product was quality. Summary: When you hire a handy man your establishing a relationship with another person/company. I’ve found that so often with contractors that they are horrible communicators. When I called them, .. they answered. When I texted them they responded very quickly. In person they explained what they would do in plain simple terms. Their work product was great. The weather is always a factor on an outside job and flexibility needs to be understood. Steve and anyone we have ever dealt with through his company have been extremely polite and accommodating. We have actually hired Nexgen for more jobs since the original and would do so again. The quality is outstanding and Steve's knowledge and willingness to work with us and help us with our vision was something no one else could do. This is not a cookie-cutter operation.
