He took time to answer my many questions (I was considering all sorts of hot water heaters--tankless, traditional, hybrid, etc.--in the end, we went with a traditional one.) "He was fantastic. I had arranged for him to come to my house and for my husband to meet him that morning. I know my husband is somewhat difficult and he was very impressed with this gentleman. In fact, he was talking to me about redoing all of our pipes with him. So, I would say he’s the best one. A pipe had broken while we were on vacation, we called him when we got back from vacation. His zip code was 29643, and I was surprised that he would come all that way and he did. The guy was great. Price was excellent, but I have nothing to compare it to though. I thought the price was excellent, I’ve had things done in businesses in plumbing, so I’m familiar with that and I thought it was very reasonable, very fair, beyond fair. Especially with the drive there too. I just hope a lot of people don’t call him in case I need him again. He was excellent, very good."

"Guys were great. Found out water main was broken 4pm after a contractor hit the meter the day before. Called them on (it was Friday) and they took the job and got the main repaired (took a couple hours). I wouldn’t have water this weekend if it wasn’t for them! Did a good job checking their work before leaving as well, which I’m greatful for as the outside temp was around 32F so plumbing adhesives might have had difficulty curing at that temp."

"This was a night call to Benjamin Franklin.   Nathan arrived promptly and fixed the problem quickly and professionally.  This work was under our toilet warranty.  We asked him to come back the next day to check on something and again, his response was first class.  Very polite, very knowledgeable.   Everything was cleaned up afterwards.  We have always used Ben Franklin for our plumbing needs and have never been dissatisfied.  Would always recommend them to others and trust them to get the job done well.

"I had a water heater emergency on a Saturday, and my four girls were frantic with no hot water.  I called several plumbers who were not able to come out on the weekend or wanted way too much money.  When I called Steve at All about Plumbing, he was very nice and was able to come out the sameday.  He did not charge an estimate fee, gave me an estimate to fix the problem.  He installed a new heater that night and we were back in business and ready for Sunday morning showers before church.  He promised to be there at a certain time and was.  He was professional.  I would recommend to my friends and family."
