They seemed to do a good job emptying the septic tank even having us flush the toilets to make sure everything was draining properly. Alisha, the rep who contacted me on a Friday evening almost immediately after starting my search was pleasant and efficient. She made it possible for me to get service the next day. Michael showed up as scheduled Saturday morning for what I thought was just going to be an estimate but to my surprise was able to complete the job that day! And this wasnâ t an easy undertaking. It Involved digging, cutting lines, valve replacement for a leak behind the city meter. These guys are the real deal!
