They started when they said they would, got the job done efficiently, and kept in touch with us about changes and innovations as the project went along. They were also totally honest with us about renovation ideas we had that would not have worked due to the condition and logistics of our home, which is 60 years old and sits on a steep hill. So here’s the thing, … I’ve found over the years that hiring a Handy Man that is reliable, competent, reasonably priced, and has proof of insurance extremely difficult. They provided a timeline and came in early. (IE, they said they’d take 3 days and they finished in two. They exceeded the expectation.) 4. Their work product was quality. Summary: When you hire a handy man your establishing a relationship with another person/company. I’ve found that so often with contractors that they are horrible communicators. When I called them, .. they answered. When I texted them they responded very quickly. In person they explained what they would do in plain simple terms. Their work product was great.
