Eddie came out when he said he would and crawled under the house and then came out and specifically told me what the problem was and how to fix it. I read people very well and could tell he knew what he was doing. Last thing I wanted was to hire someone who would cause me more problems as this was a very difficult fix. His crew came out on time every day and as important they themselves were very knowledgeable. Eddie said around 10-11 days and that is exactly the time they took. The crew was very courteous and cleaned up everyday before they left.
