Project length was projected to take 8 weeks by contractor and this was right on the nose. Project involved multiple subs and their quality of work was good to great. The project manager that was assigned kept in daily touch by texts and site visits and questions and concerns were addressed as soon as they occurred. Project had some unanticipated twists but they were handled quickly and efficiently. The project objectives were met and we are well satisfied."

"Due to weather the job was started slightly after the original date and we had interruptions that were weather related. The weather is always a factor on an outside job and flexibility needs to be understood. Steve and anyone we have ever dealt with through his company have been extremely polite and accommodating. We have actually hired Nexgen for more jobs since the original and would do so again. The quality is outstanding and Steve's knowledge and willingness to work with us and help us with our vision was something no one else could do. This is not a cookie-cutter operation. "Excellent work. Replaced storm door on the same day the job was requested. Very competent and made sure everything met my satisfaction. A sl8ght problem with the lower door seal came up the next morning. Called them and Jarad said they fully guaranteed their work and they would be out on Monday (called on Saturday morning)morning to correct the problem. Had some problems with the credit care payment going through the processor, but Jarad was extremely patient and cooperative in fixing the problem. Overall, I highly recommend C&S Construction & Handyman Services for any jobs you have."
