"The plumber, Chris, was very conscientious, extremely quiet, completed the work with the utmost efficiency and attention to detail. The old hot water heater was removed, and, with much concern, wrapped in a waterproof blanket to avoid dripping as it was brought down the stairs and then placed in the truck. (Throughout the neighborhood, other plumbing contractors have left the old tanks junked on the curb, where they sit there for days until the county trucks come by the next week.)
