"We have had J. Stephens plumbing perform plumbing services for us 3 times so far. Each time has been excellent. Most recently, this company replaced our garbage disposal last week and installed a new dishwasher for us today. The company always calls back promptly and has arrived at our house at the time promised - great communication. Prices are reasonable - plumbing services are never cheap, but this company's prices seem fair. The plumbers who showed up to perform the work have always been professional and knowledgeable. Our new dishwasher was apparently a bit of a challenge to install (I overheard some of the conversation during installation) and also spoke with the plumbers about it after installation, but they knew exactly what to do to fix the issues.
