Pacheco Contracting made the experience as pleasant as possible. Not only did they do a fabulous job, they did everything in a timely manner, left our home as neat as possible, and made sure that every concern / issue we had was fully addressed. Even when I was worried about something for what may have been a stupid/silly reason, Claudio went out of his way to be kind and explain everything to me, then reassure me that his crew would make sure everything was taken care of. The craftsmen performing the work were highly skilled and were able to recommend many things (layout of tiles, placement of fixtures, etc) that I was unsure about. When bad weather was predicted, they made it a priority to ensure no debris was left outside our home.
