We hired Suburban Plumbing to remove a bath tub and install a walk in shower. Jim told us when he would be here and he show up on time ever time. He was very professional and kept us informed of what he was doing. I would definitely hire him again if needed and would recommend him to family and friends.

We called Suburban Plumbing as they were highly recommended by a neighbor that has used them for the past 20 years. Charles answered the call and came to help us the same morning. We needed a garbage disposal replaced and he provided us with several options. He even drove to James Island (we are in N. Mt. Pleasant) to get the one we selected! He was prompt, courteous, professional and did a great job with the install. We paid a competitive rate and will certainly use them again if a plumbing need arises.

This is the company you want to do the job

We had to have other contractors come in and fix their work. Everything they did was a mess and not up to code. It cost me another 8 grand to fix what they did and then finish the work. We did not realize we were being taken advantage of until we had to correct the work they did. They did not give us the shower head we asked for, advised us to get an installed the wrong kind of tub spout, the spout they installed was for a hot tub. Placed the light switch dangerously close to pipes, all around a hot mess. SO much more than I can list.

I hired them and my wife oversaw the ir work. As always, one must be careful who you let come into your home. They presented her with several options which she made up her mind to take care of. I must remind you that this event took place during the pandemic. My daughter oversaw their attire and was pleased.. They performed their Duties well and we would certainly hire them again.
