"Mike, the owner, came out personally to give me a quote for my trees. They were up a 45 degree hill and was the best quote we received. Mike was very communicative about the process, as well as when he would be coming on site. His team did a fantastic job of ensuring no damage occurred to nearby structures, cleaned up all of the limbs and branches, ground those up into mulch (which a neighbor grabbed up), and ground all of the stumps. I would 100% trust Bracken Tree Service with any future work we may need."

"Santos and his crew did excellent work. They were very professional in their work and took care to minimize any impact from the tree removal. They handled a large and difficult tree near the house with expertise. The operators in the trees showed exceptional skills and also showed safe operating practices. Santos managed the operation with diligence, skill, and care taking care to remove materials and debris. We kept the wood chips and some of the logs from the operation. Santos saw that these were placed where we wanted and were orderly. Great job ata very fair price. Highly recommended!!!"

"One of the best contractors I have used . He was prompt and meticulous. Grinding stumps usually makes a mess but Stump Destroyer cleaned up and when he left it looked perfect. Area was wet and he could not get to the last stump. I paid him and he said he would return when it dried . Most contractors would not return BUT HE DID. Highly recommend Stump Destroyer !"

"After calling several tree removal/stump grinding businesses--one of them 3x, but they never returned any of my calls--Joseph, Elite Stump Grinding, called me. In this case, I guess, the 4th time was the charm. I explained the situation with an approximately 8.5" tree stump that needed to be removed. Based on my description, there were 2 options: 1) he could come and inspect the situation and then quote a price; or 2) he could give me a quote over the phone. There was no point in having him come 2x, so Joseph gave us a quote over the phone. The day we scheduled was the hottest day, with the humidex factor reaching 107 F. I was worried and called Joseph to note that I would be ok with changing to a different, cooler day. He assured me that he would be OK. In addition, I discovered that when I was removing dirt from around the stump, the root area was much more substantial than I had realized. As a result when he saw the situation, Joseph noted that it would take a little longer than he had expected. However, he did not advise us that he would have to charge more as a result of the additional work. He set up a protective barrier around the stump area, and got straight to work. Afterwards, he cleaned up and raked to provide a flat, even area. My husband and I are both very impressed with Joseph's superb work ethic, professionalism, and friendliness, and thankful that he went the extra mile. In fact, we gave him more than the quote to indicate our appreciation of these qualities, as well as the quality of the work he did. Within thirty minutes of placing my request on Angi, she sent me a text asking if she could come quote the job. Before the day was out, I had a written quote in my hand. Patricia was in the middle of a big apartment job but kept me abreast by text when they should be able to start. Her crew did a wonderful job and her associate Brenda was also very helpful in advising on how to update the exterior of the home and even brought out a beautiful shrub to show me. "They returned my phone call almost immediately and we scheduled an appointment. The owner showed up on time and I was impressed with his professional appearance and cleanliness of his truck and equipment. He took time to ask me questions about the stump I wanted removed and my plans for the ground afterwards. He gave me a very reasonable quote and removed the stump that day. He was as careful as possible with his equipment on my lawn and he did not leave a huge mess. I would definitely recommend them!"
