"We had a huge pine tree next to our house that was hollow up to about 8' Michael put this job as one that needed to be done sooner rather than later. Michael and his team of arborists showed up on time and ready to busy. They were professional and courteous in every way imaginable. They cleaned up all debris before leaving at the end of a long day. The team worked together like clockwork. No one had to be told what to do next. There are a lot of companies who could benefit from learning such teamwork. Extremely happy with the outcome."

"One of the best contractors I have used . He was prompt and meticulous. Grinding stumps usually makes a mess but Stump Destroyer cleaned up and when he left it looked perfect. Area was wet and he could not get to the last stump. I paid him and he said he would return when it dried . Most contractors would not return BUT HE DID. Highly recommend Stump Destroyer !"

"This is the second time I have used Ruben and his crew. They are the best! Not just the work but the prices too! They are also very kind, after one of my trees were cut the foreman notice the stump had an "Owl" formation and instead of hauling asked me if I wanted to keep it. Tree roots can take weeks to years to die, depending on the method you use. Chemical herbicides take the least amount of time—typically between three and four weeks—while homemade methods, like covering an old stump with leaves, could take between seven and eight years. If you’re unsure which method to use or how quickly you need to act, consulting with a pro is always a good idea.

There are a few general rules to follow that will help you prune your trees correctly. One of the most important rules is to prune during the correct season for the type of tree you have. Typically, pruning should be during late winter. For younger trees, you should not remove more than a ⅓ of the tree's crown when pruning. Also, remember to remove dead and diseased branches first, then proceed with pruning the rest of the tree.

It’s possible, although a lot depends on the cause of damage and what steps you take. If the remaining parts of the maple tree are alive and not under attack by disease or pests, they can often be saved even if large portions of the maple tree have died. Frequent watering, careful pruning, mulch, and any recommended fungicides or insecticides can all help with survival.
