"A significant leak popped up. When we came into the house it looked pretty flooded, upstairs and in the basement. It was a weekend. They came out on that weekend. As a matter of fact, it was within 45 minutes or so, because we told them the mess we had there. They were just great, they got right out there and took care of it. It was less than $200. I was surprised that it wasn't a lot more than that, being an emergency situation. They didn't try to take advantage of the fact that it was such an emergency for us and that they came out even on a weekend. They didn't overcharge us, we were happy with it."

"My dealings with Chris were very professional and the Company's willingness to perform crawl space remediation on short notice was superb. The individuals performing the remediation work did a great job and were very hard workers putting in many hours to complete the job on a timely basis. "The whole house plumbing inspection I was satisfied with, but they refused to do the other part of the deal with the water heater flush. Which was the only reason I bought the deal. They said it was too old and they might brake it. Even when I asked them too even if it broke, they still wouldnt do it. I was very displeased with the overall service."
