This was the second time I hired zavza seal. This time I needed help with attic insulation for my parents house. Terrific in all aspects from evaluation, to proposal through contract. They were thorough in determining what was required & had to be done to fix the long standing waterproofing problems. They proposed different solutions to the various problem areas. They were responsive to questions & any matters raised. Once I was comfortable with the work to be performed & the estimate work was immediately scheduled. Workers arrived as scheduled & knew what was required. They were courteous, professional & knowledgeable. The crew completed the work timely & left the job clean & in good order. Zavza is an honest, reliable & trustworthy company who knows their business & effectively performs their trade. I believe once & for all my waterproofing issues have been effectively addressed.

The crew did a great job for us! They worked very hard even though the temperatures were in the 90's for the first 2 days of the job. I would definitely recommend them to others.

We couldnâ t be happier with the job that Austin did spraying foam to insulate our basementâ s rim joists (where the top of the foundation meets the wood framing). He measured the rate of air exchange before and after, and it was reduced from more than 10 times an hour to 5.6 times, a significant reduction that will result in future energy savings. Weâ re just sorry we didnâ t do this sooner. Zavza Sealâ s pricing was competitive with that of two others. Austin also identified and measured another source of wasted energy that we may address in the future.

Zaza seal did a blown in insulation project for one of my bathrooms, yesterday. They were punctual, highly professional, and left the area where they did the work looking like it had never been touched, which was great. They cleaned up well, afterwards. The supervisor on the job, Anderson, could not have been nicer or more responsive to my questions.

Awesome people. Very professional and knowledgeable and very clean. They make sure my furniture was covered and protected then also make sure everything was clean after completing the job. Will definitely do business again in the future.

I paid $6k to fix foundation leak. First big rain I had a basement full of water. They were supposed to be here at 7am this morning. No show, no call, nothing. I had to call them. Now they say theyâ ll be here tomorrow. Stay tuned.

They removed tile from our Church basement fellowship hall and replaced with an overlay of colored painted and speckles over our existing concrete. I hired zavza seal to finish my basement and I am pleased with their work. I have dealt with many contractors over the years, unfortunately these experiences are often full of frustration and stress. Not the case with Zavza seal, they are completely professional and put the customer first. Anderson and his crew were courteous, hard working, and efficient. They came when they said they would and cleaned up everyday. Jake was the project manager for this job, he is an honorable man and very easy to work with. He was onsite every day from the estimate to the finishing touches. There was constant communication, I knew what the plan was each day and he was always very responsive to any questions. I've had other pm's disappear to other jobs, or push me toward doing things in a way that was easiest for them. Jake was very collaborative, and his focus was completing the project to our satisfaction. Midway through the work I asked for a couple of changes that were not in the original estimate (storage room and laundry shelving). Zavza added them in at no extra cost. My house is old and presented challenges with regard to the floor and ceiling joists. The crew took the time to do things the right way without shortcuts. Jake came out and worked a full Saturday and Sunday to ensure that the ceiling was right and the project was finished on time. Not many companies take pride in their work like this these days. It was refreshing to see. My basement is now the nicest room in the house. Zavza Seal went above and beyond and I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Zavza Seal is an excellent business! We had a leak in our basement which was attributed to a problem with the foundation. The project manager responded promptly, clearly outlined the specifics of the problem as well as the plan for the repair. He patiently answered all of our questions and concerns. The estimate was fair and reasonable. The crew also arrived promptly and went above and beyond to assure the job is well done. We are extremely satisfied with the job. Zavza Seal is truly an outstanding group of professionals that I highly recommend.

When I am having work done on my home, I want folks that are knowledgeable, reliable, and punctual. I had a REALLY good experience with Zavza Seal. They are an incredibly well-run organization. Before any work is done they provide you with a PDF estimate with photos and detailed descriptions of the work being done. You then receive an invoice (that agrees to that estimate) payable by checking or credit card (via Quick books). Their billing department is separate from their workers, and all workers were supervised by a manager who was also responsible for doing the estimate. From the start of the estimate, I felt taken care of. Dice their admin was incredibly responsive to all my questions, emails, and texts. Jake the manager of the team was incredibly thorough when overseeing my project, and Andersen (who was doing a lot of the project work), was incredibly professional and always took the time to explain to me what they did and what was left to do before they left my home each day. Everyone always showed up on time when they said they would. I had a relatively large project - waterproofing my exterior and then replacing a sinking floor in my porch from old water damage. They tackled outside first to ensure no more water would get into my interior. I was sealed up outside with base create (concrete used for pool settings), and sealant. They addressed every single spot I wanted to be covered, and also sealed up spots I had no idea needed sealing. They worked around my schedule, and it was great that I had a point of contact outside of the day-to-day workers (Dice their admin) that I could reach out to for scheduling, questions, invoicing, etc. I love the fact that these are two separate parts of the business. Each part does its job very well and it makes a great customer experience. My porch floor was a larger project since the beams holding the floor up were rotted and needed strengthening. The floor needed to be ripped up and with that - we went with all new tile. I was talked through every step of the way, and where project costs needed to be increased, it was very transparent and I was always consulted and presented options and reasoning. Every quote for all work done was incredibly reasonable. I never felt gouged or nickeled and dimed. It was always a fair price for the work and materials. I could not ask for better communicators. Before I settled up the final payment I was walked through all the work done, and they understood I wanted to run my water test before paying the balance to ensure all the leaks I was having were settled. This required them to wait 48 hours (for the base to create and sealant to cure) for me to do that, and I never felt pressured, or questioned as to why I wanted to do that. The basement is dry now, and I have peace of mind! This company cares about doing good work, standing by that work, and ensuring the customer is satisfied. Every question/concern I had was addressed and answered. I always try to be a good partner to the contractors I hire (being clear and transparent about what I want done, limits to my schedule/budget, honest assessment of the situation, paying on time when work is done, etc.), and I appreciated that Zavza Seal recognized that, and reciprocated it, not all contractors do. The work done on my home came with a 5-year warranty. I hope that I never have to use it, but I know this team stands by their work, and I am confident I will be taken care of if I have any issues. This is incredibly rare these days, and I will be recommending, and using them in the future! Seriously the best experience I have ever had with a contractor.
