Installed new vanity and sink. Installed lighting and medicine cabinet. Painted all wall areas.

"A few months ago my rental house had a flood due to a clogged drain outside the lower floor door resulting in an inch or two of water into the living space and carpeted areas including a couple bedrooms of the tenants.
