Terrence has been great at communicating and making sure that we will be happy with everything being done! We're on the homestretch now. :) Lean-to looks top-notch. He gets it done and has such a good heart. He cares about his clients and makes sure they are took care of. Wether it's cutting grass or trimming bushes, even small trees and brush. He even cut my big oak tree limb down for me. And he is a fair man. For example he came to my house to see my building and went home and I had trouble putting my blocks down to make steps and he came all the way over when I called him for help.     Wow! These guys are great. We had some old boxwoods for foundation plants on one side of our porch that we despised and wanted gone. We had previously removed an old tree that was right up against our house from the other side of the porch, leaving a few sickly azaleas and some other assorted, mismatched, nonsense plants. We also had a ring of old day lilies and weeds around some nearby oak trees that we asked to be removed. We purchased the replacement plants we wanted, and in half a day these guys transformed out front yard with their magic. They excavated, mulched, planted and pruned our front yard back into shape. It looks better than it has in over 10 years. I can't say enough kind things about this company. Fantastic work! Their pricing is great, and was money well spent indeed.     Wes did a phenomenal job in remodeling several rooms in our home. His work included gutting and removal of inferior materials in two bathrooms, living room, and laundry room. He installed an exterior door in a brick wall and replaced plumbing in it’s entirety from the water heater throughout the house. He also proved to be very skilled in his landscaping. I’d be hard pressed to think of anyone I have employed that was a harder worker. I would not hesitate to recommend him and intend to use him again in the future. The fall of 2018 was rough weather wise but the DreamScape crew made good on one major commitment, be done by Thanksgiving. They did it!     Our experience was AWFUL. We hired Perez Landscape to build a seating area and brick wall. They requested that all money be paid by only cash and no checks. That should've been the first red flag. However, we signed our contract and they began building. We started to notice that Perez was using cheap material to build our fenced brick wall and it was not the manner in which we had agreed on. We told him that without using cement the wall was going to fall, he told us that he's been in this business for 17 years and knows what he's doing. He assured us to go look at his reviews and that we have a signed contract that if anything messes up that he would fix it free of cost for the next 3 years. All money was paid upon completion of the work. After 6 months our wall started to lean forward and fall apart (as shown in the pictures). We contacted Perez and Valeria because as per our legal contract, it is written that they will fix it for up to 3 years. They ignored our phone calls and voicemails for 3 weeks until I called them from a different phone number. Perez then said that he would not fix it and that we did not pay him all the money ($300 was not paid). However, all the money in our contract was paid off in cash (as they requested) upon completion of the work and they had not mentioned any money until we complained that the wall was falling off. We decided to pay an extra $3.5K for another company to fix what they messed up rather than pay them the $300 that they said we didn't pay. This company is a fraud and not an LLC. I would spend the extra money to go to an entrusted company. They don't abide by their contract and their quality of work is trash read less

    Excellent-why? After requesting a quote on Angie's List I received a return call within minutes. Brandon scheduled me for a 1 hour slot from the time of the call. Josh and Q arrived early (can you believe it?). They went through every irrigation zone and identified the issues. They showed which sprinkler heads had issues.Some had to have the angle readjusted, some were covered with dirt and landscaping and 3 heads needed to be replaced.
