  Falcone sent James, Gary, and Jason from Charlotte, NC down to Seneca, SC to do the work for us. They arrived around 9:30 AM on the day we had scheduled. After talking with me and verifying the work to be done, they crawled underneath the house and got started. This is hard work and dirty work, but they persevered with no complaints. They kept us posted as they found additional problems. They worked tirelessy, but were always friendly and polite. They adjusted and tried to fix everything we asked them to do. By Wednesday evening when they left, we had doors closing smoothly that had refused to close for several years. The area in the hallway where the floor had dropped about an inch below the shoe molding came back up flush with the botton of the molding. Many creaks and squeaks in the floors disappeared. They also corrected a botched job from years ago that had caused our living room floor to be very unlevel. They came back on Thursday morning to tweak everything. They said they would come back in 6-9 months for shim and adjusting after everything had settled. We think they did an exellent job on a house that has sections that were constructed before the 1880's. We would highly recommend these three men to anyone who has doors that won't close, cracks in your walls, etc. James and his team know what they are doingshow more

  From agreeing to the estimate and the start of work was 2 months. They arrived on the day and at the time they said. The team was 5 guys. They worked solidly under that house doing the work as detailed for 4 days, they started at 8 and finished at 5. Before the work, the crawl space would flood with about an inch of water pooling at one end. The insulation due to the dampness was coming down. Since having the work done the crawl space in much better, it has rained since and I have been under that house to check the effectiveness of the drainage system and it was dry. They were not the cheapest quote but I felt they had the most effective plan for dealing with my problemshow more

  We have a partial crawl space under our home, the rest basement. We hired Falcone for insulation, and they noted an area of structural concern, and mold remediation that they identified during the free estimate, and made the recommendation to get these areas fixed prior to installing installation. The price was broken out per task, and we could break it out into separate jobs if needed. They also offered financing. We hired them for all of it. The estimator was professional, friendly, and willing to educate us and address any of our concerns. The two man team that came to do the work, arrived on time, called to give a heads up when they were close, and kept us up to date on the work, including pictures of the progress. They noted any issues they saw and noted what looked good. They finished in under the estimated time (took 2 days), were friendly, courteous, and professional.   I had some issues with water entering my crawl space. I called Falcone and Joe came out. Joe was at my house five minutes early and made a very professional impression. I knew right away I was in good hands. His knowledge and kindness put me at ease right away. I informed Joe that I had just bought the home. I was planning on having new gutters put on and was in the process of grading some soil away from my house. Joe gave me several options, one of which is an interior drain/pump system. BUT he told me that before I go that route, lets see how the new gutters and grading works. Fortunately the gutters and grading worked. Joe could have given me the hard sale on a pump system but he was honest and told me not to spend the money unless needed. I did however need my vapor barrier replaced. Lots of companies to that work, but Joe told me he was going to go through it with a rake till it was spotless, and in his words, if it doesn't belong on the ground it will be taken off the ground. Every wire, and piece of insulation was re-hung. And the barrier was installed extremely well. No rocks and bricks to hold it in place; they pounded staples in to keep it exactly how they laid it. I am extremely happy I called Falcone. I may still go with the pump in the future if I have additional problems, but for now I am all set and happy. If I need any work at all done in my crawl space I am going to call Falcone. If you need work done, do yourself a favor and go with this highly reputable, professional company.   Felt they went above and beyond my quote. Once they got under the house they realized it required more work than the initial estimate. Very polite and courteous, put plastic tarp down in the yard and planted grass seed and covered with straw in the area where they had to mix the cement for the supports. Thought they did an excellent job! They finished a little ahead of schedule, thought it would take about a week, but it was four days. Had three men here working to get the job done. Would call if they were going to be late, usually to stop and pick up supplies, but it was never over 30 minutesshow more

  The Falcone crew was great from beginning to end. Bobby showed up on time to meet me to hear my concerns and give me an estimate. He explained what would be done and answered all my questions. He did not try to oversell me. After initially scheduling the work, an unexpected issue came up that meant I had to reschedule. The office staff at Falcone was polite and helpful and got my job rescheduled for my convenience. The work crew showed up on time and called me each day (the job took 3 days) to let me know how the work was progressing. Before the job was done, they met me at the house, explained everything they did and allowed me to inspect the work before I paid them the final installment. Unfortunately, not a week passed before we had another big rain and it became obvious that the drains originally installed were not sufficient to handle the amount of water. I emailed pictures of the situation to Falcone and they responded immediately. Within days someone was at the house (on Christmas Eve in fact) to put in some stop gap measures to get rid of the water. The next week, the crew leader from the original job came back with his crew and completed the work. The underside of my house is now completely dry and I do not have to worry about taking a swim when I step off my back deck. Some might say that Falcone does not deserve an A because they "did not get the job right the first time" but I disagree. I would be willing to bet that this crew never saw a situation quite like mine before and so it does not surprise me that they underestimated the amount of water that would accumulate. What is important to me is that they very quickly conceded the error and promptly corrected the mistake without further charge to me. Everyone at Falcone was at all times polite and professional. I will admit to some sticker shock about the price. But when all is said and done it was totally worth it and the problem is corrected. I would highly recommend Falcone and would definitely use them againshow more

  NOT good. 1. Over-Charged for guesstimation of 3,025sq ft (using 2 measurements) vs. the correct measurement of 2,229 sq ft (Measured by Mount Valley -other Angi referral using measurements of each turn of crawl space= 13 measurements.). Rescue charged me a total of $2,329.25 (.77 sq ft x 3025 sqft). The total should have been $1,716.33 (.77x2229sqft). They over charged me .77x796sqft= $612.92. On 3/1, I let Marissa and Alisa know the job was not finished but on 3/2 they could not stop the my balance payment of $1560 (after $768.65 of 2/24) from being charged to my CC as I had asked. Marisa and or Rescue assured me the work had been done on 3/1, it was not close to being done. They had to come back multiple times to finish what they kept telling me had already been done. The insulation that was originally missed was removed on 3/7,3/8-no show, 3/9 and finally finished on 3/15. I made everyone aware of overall sq ft discrepancy on 3/1. Marisa and Brendan came back to remeasure and affirm how much insulation had been repeatedly missed. I have never received an original invoice or pd receipt or refund, even after i had asked day after day to remeasure the 13 dimensions vs guesstimating using 2 measurementsshow more
