"I made an appt with them for Wednesday from noon to 2. They no showed and didn’t bother to call. I called back Friday and they agreed to come out right then. However, the truck didn’t have enough to pump my entire septic and they said they would come out first thing Monday. They no showed again on Monday. Four days later they tried to contact me to reschedule. I refused at that point. I can’t be kept waiting for 2 weeks for whenever they feel it is convenient for them…if you make an appt, keep it!"

He put in two new electrical outlets in different bathrooms in our home to allow us to effectively connect bidet without wiring all thru the bathroom. Nice neat job, nothing left behind. Reasonable price to boot. I will state I also asked for pricing on kitchen lighting as a completely one off. He provided me a quote but in the end we decided to go with another option of lighting that we thought would look better, which.my husband would have no issue installing. That had nothing to do with Kevin and everything to do with esthetics, in the end! Truly appreciate his communication, professionalism, and genuine personality.
