He located our tank and began to dig and dig (hard work!!!) until he uncovered both pipes for the inlet & outlet. He explained & showed pictures of our tank & what he’d be doing.Then he carried his suction pipe to the tank & began to pump our septic. He buried the tank, scattered the earth and the spots are barely noticeable. He gave excellent advice to maintain our system and still had a smile after all that work. He was very courteous and took great care while working in the house removing the old toilets, one upstairs and one on the main floor, crossing over hard wood floors and carpet as he did his work. He even left his shoes on the front door mat without being asked! Josh hauled away the old toilets and even took with him the cardboard boxes and packing materials the new toilets came in.
