DOVER'S SEPTIC TANK

They did a great job. We didn't have any problem since then. They also did a great job putting my yard back together.

I used this company to drain my septic tank and validated with my plumbing company that they never emptied the trap. When I called back to ask them to come back out, I even offered to pay again, I was informed they would call me back. I waited the day, never heard from them. Here is the great part. I started calling the next day, now mysteriously all of my phone calls are getting routed to voicemail, which is too full to leave a message. If you are looking for a company that stands behind their clients, this is NOT it. They are terrible, lazy, and incredibly low quality!!! Recently purchased an older home w/ a septic system. We R not familiar w/ this type of product. We were having water from what we thought might be a run off of the system. Had the tank emptied and serviced 6 months ago but again not being familiar we thought we needed an expert to look @ the system. We called around 9am and we had 2 very knowledgeable service techs @ our home around noon. They not only educated my hubby on the system but also gave us some tips on how to handle the water run off.
The peace of mind was worth a million dollars! We are having family visiting for the Easter holiday and would have been concerned about water use if they would not have responded so quickly. We also want to keep our $$$'s in our community so it was great to have a local company that is so responsive and professional. We will use them again and will recommend them.
