"Called to get basic information about possible replacements and the plumber arrived quickly and determined that it would need to be replaced. He called the order in and a truck brought out a State brand replacement heater as he took out the old water heater. Because the tank was a different size for the larger unit, he neatly modified the plumbing connections for the different outlet locations. The work area was cleaned up at the end. My only observation is that now I see that the water heater tank only has a 6-year manufacturer warranty, while the gentleman on the phone had said it was a 10 year warranty, which you would expect for the overall project price."
