"The work by Painting and Moore (Jon Moore, owner) went great. Saul and his crew were on-time, efficient and completed the various jobs on-time at a reasonable cost. The cost to paint the three doors was about $330 (roughly $110 per door both sides including the trim). The cost to paint the shutters (there were 24 individual shutters or 12 pair) which cost $500. The shutters remained on the house while painting occurred that required them to be on ladders. The Pressure wash was $325.00. The Pressure wash involved several different steps (both low and high pressure)."

"I would highly recommend this business.  We had them come and restain the deck and at first just powerwash the house.  They scheduled the work right away.  After doing the pressure washing, there were some areas with paint chips under the soffit.  Mike offered to repaint those for free.  During this, they noticed areas of the soffit that were rotten, so we had them repair those areas of the wood.  They also fixed a few screens that were damaged during the pressure washing for free.  
Everything turned out great, and we are very happy we had this work done.  Mike and Crystal are very professional and easy to work with.  I will be having them do some more work on our house in the near future.

In doing so, he minimized the area that would need reinstatement.  He identified issues and alerted us to the fact that our Moen diverter valve assembly had a lifetime warranty.
After we ordered and rec'd the new a**'y on the following Monday, Josh returned on the next day to install the hardware. On both days, Josh was prompt, tidy, knowledgeable, and professional; he even took away the debris. Further, because McCoy does neither drywall nor tile work, Josh recommended a contractor who was likewise prompt, tidy and professional; the latter's charges for his wallboard and tile work were very reasonable.
