Just be aware, though, his estimate is exactly that, the final price is subject to increase once the project is underway depending on the time it actually takes to undertake the project. "Everything was done in a timely manner. Alex did everything he promised he would do. I am very impressed with all his work. Alex is a nice polite young man. You will be happy and impressed , as I am with everything he did at my home. Alex works with care and is reasonable with his prices. Everything he did at my home looks great.i have more repairs and work that needs done in the spring/ I have already talked to Alex about everything that I want done after spring pollen.
