Terry Nation and his crew are very special. They are honest, trustworthy, and get right to work with no hesitation. In this day and age, it is difficult to find a contractor that you can be sure of. Terry Nation is a prince of a man and you can be sure of what he advises you,and takes care of.

I paid and was sent to their website to schedule a visit. I picked 3 alternatives as requested. They never called and never responded to my phone messages. I did get a refund from Angie's List.

"Totally our fault. Slipped through the cracks somehow, I never saw the email to respond. Todays date is 8/28/17 and I'm just signing in to AL and seeing this review. Terry has done some previous work for us at other rentals ie, foundation, sub floor, cabinets and built new drawers to fit cabinetry that was existing that matched up perfectly. Terry is a skilled carpenter and does quality work. We never have to call him back after the work is complete because he does it right the first time.

The Nation Custom Builders team had some difficulties with a leak, admitted that directly and instantly promised to make
everything right at their own expense. We have not gotten to the end of
the job yet, but Terri Nation is a man of integrity and very concerned
with his reputation. I am sure that he will correct any problems
stemming from their errors. Any reasonable person knows that problems
can arise, but this did not slow down the pace of the work. The team
has been careful to fully protect my carpets.
