  It went great. The toilet ended up needing to be replaced as well. Kevin and Anne worked with the plumber to ensure that the toilet we wanted was able to be installed quickly. Kevin did a quality check twice after the repair was complete. He noticed that the floor wasn't quite right. It was fixed the next day. Anne was extremely helpful, thorough and explained every step of the process. They were able to work us in so that we had everything completed by Thanksgiving. It was a great experience.   Excellent work from start to finish by Cola Town Construction. They surveyed the job and came up with an great low cost solution to an issue that another contractor wanted to make a lot more complicated and expensive. They scheduled the work around the best times for us and accomplished the work on time and on budget. We purchased an older home and discovered that the 40+ year old original copper plumbing was beginning to leak in several places while trying to diagnose a lack of hot water flow. They upgraded the water heaters and at the same time solved a minor problem before it became a full blown plumbing disaster. Thoughtful project design brought it all in at a reasonable costshow more

  Ben and his crew were amazing. We redid our garage entry to make it a mudroom / laundry / pantry / storage area. The job went quickly and we collaborated on solutions to our needs. At the end, we had custom cabinets, an awesome custom shelf on rollers, a stacked laundry, a hall tree, and more storage than we thought possible. All finished with great shiplap. They also took a HUGE room upstairs over our garage and gave us an extra laundry for the kids, a media room, and a fourth bedroom with walk in closet. They also gave us an extra storage area in the media room since the builder blocked off lots of usable space. The last project was giving our master a makeover. They moved 3 doors, moved our bathroom door, added a linen closet to the bathroom, moved the entry to the closet from the bathroom to the master and gave us a cool entrance to the bedroom. If you have a job to do, they'll do it right, work together to decide how things should look, and do an darn good job. All while respecting your budget. Overall, HIRE THEM!!   We had our master bathroom remodeled. This is our first big remodel on our home. The first obstacle was dealing with some asbestos abatement. Kevin worked with us and our abatement team to make sure that demolition worked in coordination with his remodel. After that unexpected hiccup, Kevin and Anne led us through the remodel process. Our remodel entailed several walls being removed and the master closet being reconfigured to allow for a large walk-in shower and free standing tub. We are also expecting and prayed that our remodel would finish before baby's arrival in April 2022. Kevin and Anne worked so hard to get this done, working with our busy schedules and doing the work well. The entire space is an absolute dream. As my husband said our first weekend in our new master bath, it was the absolute best decision we ever made. Nothing about this renovation process was overwhelming or stressful, which is saying a lot for two very type-A people. Kevin and Anne helped us with our design choices, pushed to finish a beautiful space in an amazingly tight timeframe, and were simply wonderful people to work with. We would recommend this company to any of our friends and already have. We would not hesitate to work with this amazing company again and plan to do so with any future projects on our forever homeshow more
