"PROGREEN said he would guarantee the elimination of the moles and weeds. Neither has happened. I still have both. The drywall work was subpar in a few places leaving rough spots. I contacted the owner and requested that he come out to discuss the results and make it right. He has broken half a dozen or more commitments to come back to finish his work. I have given him EVERY chance to make things right but he has not. Also, while he was here doing the project initially, a neighbor of mine asked if I was happy with his work, well, I said yes because he was a nice guy and was working to complete the requested tasks. Based on my recommendation, they also decided to use him for a project. He repeatedly told them he would come out and start but blew off their appointments just as he has done to me. VERY disappointing. again, I have given him more than half a dozen chances to make this right before submitting reviews but apparently he doesn't feel the need. VERY DISAPPOINTING."

"Due to illness in my family, my palms were terribly overgrown, I had tried to hire people to trim, but they had no idea of what they were doing, until I met Fernandez with International Green. there was more room to upload pictures you would see before and after. He even replaced one palm that was almost dead. They worked in a timely manner, cleaned up nice after finishing my front and back yard, I have 16 palms he trimmed today. I even had some I thought I would just dig up, but by the time he finished, I am so had I listened to him and let him trim them. "Jack and his crew did an excellent job on our pavers. We had our driveway extended and a sidewalk all done in pavers and the results are amazing! Jack did everything he said he was going to do and more. He showed up on time and we never had to call him. I would highly recommend Jack. And by going above and beyond Jack installed outside lighting to our home that makes our house the best looking house on our street. If we could give Paver Creations 10 stars if we could. "We were in need of multiple projects for outside home repairs. We also wanted ONE contractor if possible to go through for all projects. PBR fit the bill and then some. From Soffit / Fascia repair / replacement, pressure washing - re-painting all work, to a seem-less gutter system install, it has been a great experience to have PBR on the job. From start to finish, we have been overwhelmed with their outstanding experience, knowledge of things that needed to be done, timely cost estimates and an immediate response to all projects and a "Top-Notch" job each and every time. We even ran into a repair that was needed on our roof which was not a problem for PBR. It was an additional cost which was to be expected. It was also more than reasonable. Their repair was exacting to code and saved us from a total roof job. The repair was exceptionally well done. The professionalism, attitude and "Can-Do" response was prompt and can not be over-stated! The ease of working with just ONE contractor for all things was also stress-free. We still have one remaining project on the outside of our home that we are currently awaiting an estimate for, from PBR. Our home was built in 1973 and after all these projects were completed, the house looks like new on the outside thanks to PBR and ALL their hired folks. Each and every one were pleasant, easy to work with and we even had fun while these projects were in works. The beauty and appearance of our home now is remarkable. We have had so many compliments from neighbors, friends etc., who pop by and are very impressed by everything they see. PBR made our dreams come true this year and this contractor can do the same for anyone! Kudos to Steven Thornley, Earl Mason and all the folks tied to PBR. We are extremely happy with all the work they have done and we are assured that any / all work done is outstanding and they stand by it all. If you have a similar job / project (s), then this is your one stop shopping around for a company that will get it right the first time and will last as long as you plan to own your home.
