He is very polite, fast worker and cleans up after himself everyday on the job. He does the work of several people. He built our sunroom totally by himself and we were so impressed. Johnny K installed a 14 x 22 screened room for us this month. What a Better Than Great job!!! Quality work all the way around! I highly recommend this company! We now have an outdoor room we love to spend time in and best of allâ ¦.. NO BUGS AND we can sit outside in the rain! LOVE IT!

I have had Johnny perform multiple carpentry and miscellaneous, i.e. tile, paint, tasks in my homes, of which two have been screened in enclosures. Johnny is always professional, informative, patient, clever and has great work ethic. He always listens to his clients and is great with communication. All tasks have been been discussed, confirmed and delivered as promised My husband and I have always been extremely happy with his work and have recommended him to many of our friends. Johnny K did an incredible job. He planned the job and set up all the permitting necessary to move forward with the multi-season screen room addition. John's work is impeccable and his work ethic is beyond reproach. He never cuts any corners and follows all building codes, sometimes even exceeding requirements. He purchased and provided all items of exceptional quality, reflecting his focus on perfection. I heartily recommend Johnny's service to anyone needing home improvement and/or additions.

Johnny K takes pride and takes his time with his projects. We purchased all the supplies ourselves using Johnny K's input. We decided to use the best composite deck supplies for little to no maintenance at the advice of Johnny K. We liked his input as we always believe you should never cheap out with anything you purchase. He revised our existing smaller deck completely and added a new lower 20 x 30 foot deck that supports a large jacuzzi. We are extremely satisfied 100% with the end result. They also did our whole master bathroom project too. We would use them again for any project in the future!

Johnny had to do additional work because the concrete slab was not level, square or even parallel. He did the sawing and worked with the slab to enable the sunroom to be square and plumb. At no additional charge. I love the results.

Johnny did a great job. He took my framework of an idea and helped figure out exactly how to make it work. He put up a screened-in porch for me. He made the whole process very easy. I had a small issue with water and he quickly came out and fixed it. He has even followed up to make sure I am happy. The cats and I are very happy and it is now our favorite room.
