"Mgr Jeffrey offered free estimate next morning. Had two outdoor hoses were unable remove from hose bibs; were seized on. afraid needed new hose bibs! BG sent tech Joseph Lopez who was professional, knowledgeable & personable. After assessing bibs advised cost for removal of hoses and/or to install new bibs. i gave the go ahead to do his best to remove hoses! noted he consciously covered his shoes when coming through home from front to back yards. He patiently & carefully tried a few removal methods including the spray/wrench we had tried. He was finally able to remove them by carefully using a hack saw! He also installed a new hose connecting part on ea bib w/new threads that are guaranteed 2 yrs. It was third of the price new bibs would have cost! We so appreciated the extra conscientious efforts Joseph Lopez made to repair the hose bibs giving us excellent results at economical price! "I had an unusual situation where I had 10 pallets of sod delivered but the contractors who were supposed to install the sod were a "no show" and their phone lines were no longer operable. I looked for a company who would be willing to do the job if the contractors did not show up today. Jose called me and he and his crew were willing to jump on my project if the contractor was a "no show" again today. As it turned out the original contractor did show up and did the work so I did not have a need for Affordable Landscaping after all. But, I wanted to leave a 5 star review based solely on my conversation with Jose and his willingness to help me out in a bind. Character is something I consider very important in a person and Jose is a person of good character. I will definitely use them in the future. Very dependable."

"I have a walkout basement that has trouble in severe rains that floods my basement under the door. We had a small sump pump installed, but it did not help Memorial weekend when we had Biblical rains hit the area. My sump and shopvac were working overtime as the ground was so saturated. I called four contractors for estimates. Falcone was the first to show up three days later. Chris spent a great deal of time talking with us on our concerns and inspecting our property. He gave us a fast and fair quote. Our job was able to be completed within three weeks of scheduling it. It took four days for Chris, Kenny and their crew to install an internal french drain system in my basement and crawl space as well as a door drain along with a sump and backup. They were kind, respectful, and efficient. They did a great job and cleaned up the basement work area and my property when they were done. Maryl in the business office was great to work with. Everyone I was in contact with at Falcone was communicative and very nice to deal with. I would definitely recommend and would call on them again in a heartbeat. Thanks!"

Arrived and completed the sprinkler system in a timely manner trained me on the Wi-Fi app for the timer. They tested and adjusted all sprinkler heads to make sure of good coverage.
